Important Information 

-We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations with less notice will incur a 50% fee, and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full cost.

-An additional fee of £20 applies if  de-matting service is required for your furry friend.

Late Pick Up Policy 

-At Pawsome every pup leaves looking and feeling their absolute best — and they can’t wait to show it off! If pick-up is delayed by more than 30 minutes, a £20 daycare fee will apply. Your dog will be well cared for and comfortable while they wait, but they’ll be eager to parade their new look by your side.
